At FRNKOW, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
